Overnight Delivery for Most Areas (COVID allowing)
Order by 4pm EST or 2pm WST for same-day processing and despatch.

Australia Post Express
Express post satchels may be used for small orders. These typically arrive the next day for central city locations and 2 days after ordering for most other regions. Unfortunately COVID restrictions have extended this timeframe unpredicably. We send you the tracking details so you are able to track the package.

Startrack Courier
Startrack Courier is used for orders of 10 herbs and above. The first 1-20 bottles of herbs is $16.50 GST inclusive. Every 20 Bottles of herbs (or part of) over the first 20 herbs is $11.00 (GST inclusive). This price is subsidised by Jingshen to help reduce your costs. We pay a premium price for “overnight delivery” however again COVID has extended that to 2 days in most central city locations and longer for regional addresses.

Sendle
We are happy to use Sendle if you are happy to wait 7-10 days for delivery. This is the cheapest option and allows us to send you your herbs at no charge to you. Please instruct us to send via sendle in the delivery instruction section of the order form.
